Interior Design Careers
Interior design is a creative, artistic and profitable profession. People who are working in this area have the opportunity to design and furnish big or small spaces of commercial, residential and industrial buildings. This field is also convenient for individuals who want to start their own enterprise and work independently. Interior design professionals have to be able to work with architects, engineers and clients at the same time. They need to properly know and understand toxicity and flammability standards as well as law regulations. Even though the interior design is a profitable profession, there are few job vacancies in this field nowadays; so, getting a job as an interior designer is very difficult. However, the job situation in this sector is expected to improve the next years. People, who are interested to work in this industry need to enroll in a good design school in order to learn the basics of design such as color theory, design theory, drafting techniques, building codes and basic safety concerns.
